Shipping
- Holidays are observed and may result in a longer processing time. This includes Thai national holidays.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. (Holidays are observed and may result in a longer processing time).

- Alpine Outpost is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns must be in original packaging and with original tags attached.
- Returns must be in new, unused condition. This includes footwear. Any return requests or warranty issues should be submitted to support@alpineoutpost.com, and a staff member will assist you.
- Items bought online must be returned to our warehouse. We will not accept returns from online purchases in stores.
- Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A full refund will be provided if the purchased item meets the above conditions, including the purchaser shipping the item back to us.
- Exchange for size is allowed, and we only require that the purchaser pay to ship the item back to us. We will pay for both outward shipments.
Alpine Outpost has always cared about safety. In order to ensure that products remain uncompromised, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE online or in-store.
- ANY Climbing gear.
- Bedding (Sleeping Bags, Pads, Pillows, Liners, etc.)
- Fuel (*Note: currently we are unable to sell Fuel online. This pertains to in-store purchases).
- Electronics (Please reach out to support@alpineoutpost.com if there is a warranty claim)
- ANY sale item.
Cancellations
- Online orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Upon canceling your order, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 3 business days.
- All items bought on sale are final and are not eligible for cancellation.
